Hello, I'm Jen.

I love words, pictures, movies, great design, smart ideas, new technologies, innovation, adventures and interesting people.

Biography

I am the co-founder of Conic (along with Graham Fulton) - a new UK/Ireland distributor which launched in October 2022.

I previously worked for Park Circus as Creative Director and before that was at Glasgow Film as Head of Communications and Marketing. I was also part of the team that set up SQIFF, the Scottish Queer International Film Festival.

Over the years I have been involved with marketing, design and illustration for organisations including the British Council, Craft Scotland, Paisley Book Festival, Alliance Française and several film production companies. I've also done freelance book scouting for film production companies. I’ve taken photographs for arts and theatre organisations that have been published in titles including The Guardian, Sunday Herald, Screen International and Condé Nast Traveller Magazine.

I’ve delivered mentoring, training and workshops for a range of organisations including Iconic Steps, Momentum/Film4/We Are Parable, the Independent Cinema Office, Glasgow University, Project Ability, Berwick Film & Media Arts Festival and Bo’ness Hippodrome. I’ve spoken at various events including the Creativity World Forum and the Arts Marketing Association annual conference.

I’m based in Glasgow, UK.
